Customer Service Policy
 
JOVEN understands the needs of customers and always strive to give the best after-sales service with our team of dedicated staff and professionally trained technicians and service agents all over Malaysia. We provide one-year free warranty for each new unit bought from the date of purchase until the warranty period is over. We ensure all customers receive prompt service and attended within 3 days of customer call-in, and all services are attended right to the doorstep of the customer.

In the case of customers preferring to bring the unit to our service centre in our HQ, we have an In-house servicing available to make services more convenient for customers who would prefer to bring in their units for servicing. In the case of severe problems, units will be sent to the manufacturer at JOVEN Electric Co. Sdn Bhd for servicing.

Depending on the different components in the heater, there will be a one to five years warranty for different components in the water heater unit. For more information on the warranty of components in the water heater, please refer to our website or refer to the Instruction Manual in the product packaging.
