1. Check the piping system in the house.

from Mains or Ground Floor:
If your water pressure is from the mains, typically it will be higher hence eliminates the need for the centralised domestic water pump.

If water pressure is from the water tank and your home is 2-3 storeys high, generally you will need a water pump.

Piping Outlet at 4ft height connect to water heater inlet valve using elbow, felixible hose or PVC pipe. Heater height to position at eye level around 4ft & above from base. Always ensure inlet on the right and outlet on the left.
