JOVEN 40th Anniversary Win Big Contest is organised by JOVEN Marketing Sdn Bhd. (“JOVEN”).
Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) and all its sections carefully before you enter the < JOVEN 40th Anniversary Win Big Contest >. By joining this Contest, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them.
JOVEN reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
1. This Contest is open to residents of Malaysia with valid identification number (NRIC) and 18 years old or above.
2. To be eligible to join this Contest, participants must follow the Contest’s instruction and mechanism as stipulated in the contest post and T&C.
3. This Contest will run from 1st June 2024 – 30th September 2024, 11:59pm. (“Contest Period”). JOVEN shall reserve the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All online entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect entries or any entry that violates the Terms of Usage or rules for entry will automatically be disqualified.
5. Each participant can send in more than one receipt to get the additional entry. Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize only throughout the entire Contest Period.
6. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. JOVEN reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude participants and/or revoke or change the prizes (at any stage of the Contest) without prior notice or explanation.
8. JOVEN's decision is final and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
9. All employees or immediate family members of Joven are not allowed to participate in this contest.
Selection of Winners
1. Only complete entry who spend RM130 & above on Joven Product in a receipt and have “Like our Facebook page” or “Follow our Instagram”, “Tag 3 friends” “#Joven40thAnniversaryWinBigContest” and “Share contest post” on their Facebook or Instagram account (in public setting) with screen shot uploaded as proof into our website, warranty registered and receipt uploaded into our website submission page will stand a chance to win.
2. All the entry that follows the steps correctly will be entitle to join our online draw system to win the prizes. Participants are only required to submit once to be entitled for the number of entries according to the categories of product.
3. 10 winners will be announced monthly on the second week of the following month for 4 months starting from June 2024 to September 2024.
4. Only 8 winners from the 1st prize and 2nd prize winners of each month from June, July, August to September are selected for the Grand Prize Draw. The 8 winners will be invited to be physically present to make the Grand Prize Draw according to terms set by Joven. (1 Exclusive Grand Prize “Perodua Myvi” for Joven 40th Anniversary Win Big Contest)
5. Winner is required to Private Message (PM) JOVEN via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Message with their contact details regarding the prize redemption. If a response is not received within 72 hours, JOVEN reserves the right to choose another Contest Winner (s).
6. JOVEN reserves the right to request contact information such as documentation or written proof of identification, age and place of residence, etc of the winners prior to the collection of the Prize.
